Three innovative start-ups will be selected. The prizes are non-refundable grants and one year in the Bocconi incubator.

New call for tenders by the Bracco Foundation for innovative circular economy start-ups. The three companies selected will be awarded a non-refundable grant and an incubation period. The aim is to support the growth of a self-regenerating economic system in Italy and to start off a virtuous circle of sustainability, renewable energies and waste reduction.

“We are happy to introduce this initiative dedicated to the circular economy, a model where business respects the environment – said Diana Bracco, president of the foundation, to Sole 24 Ore – We need an economic system that can sustain itself, a system where all economic activities, starting from extraction and production, are planned in such a way that everything can become a resource for something else”.

The call for tenders of the Bracco Foundation was organized in cooperation with the Speed Mi Up incubator, the Positive Economy Forum San Patrignano, and Oltre Venture. Participation is open to start-ups of any sector, as long as they are related to the field of the circular economy. The three winners selected among all participants will be granted one year of incubation at the incubator of the Bocconi University and Camera di Commercio of Milan, together with a non-refundable grant as well as tutoring and consultancy support.
