SERVICES
PNEUS ECOLOGY started its activity in 2008 with the acquisition of a company that had been working in the field of tyre recovery and disposal for over 35 years. The company today is specialized in the treatment of non-hazardous waste and in the recovery and disposal of end-of-life tyres.
The company's recovery activities are mostly carried out in northern and central Italy. PNEUS ECOLOGY has won the loyalty of more than 300 clients, in particular in the regions of Veneto, Lombardy, Piedmont, Liguria, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Emilia Romagna, and Tuscany.
The company's facilities are authorized in accordance to the Provincial Decree no. 102/2012 issued by the Province of Treviso on the 14/03/2012.
Its vehicles are authorized to transport non-hazardous waste with a permit issued by the National Registry of Waste Managers of Venice, no. VE11646, dated 08/03/2015.
The company guarantees high reliability and professionalism: its experience is supported by a thorough knowledge of EU regulations concerning waste management, with the aid of trusted consultants in this field.
PNEUS ECOLOGY collects and recovers end-of-life and used tyres coming from the dismantling of vehicles, in particular tyres (with and without rim) from cars, trucks, semi-trailers, tractors, loaders, forklifts. The tyres are collected by the company's authorized vehicles and transported to its facilities, where qualified staff begin the treating process: storage, selection, and separation of rubber and metallic material. After this phase, the material is transferred to disposal facilities that are provided with a specific authorisation for energy recovery and material recovery (R13 – R01 – R03 operations, as per Art. 210 Legislative Decree 152/2006). At the end of the process it is also possible to identify tyres that can be reused and metallic materials that can be resold.
