Report by the Sustainable Development Foundation and FISE UNIRE to be presented on December 13th. Here’s how to register.
Secondary raw materials are the real protagonists of the new annual report “Italy for Recycling 2016” realized by the Sustainable Development Foundation and FISE UNIRE. The publication is sponsored by Recycling Point, always in the front line of circular economy promotion in Italy. The report, which will be presented in Rome on December 13th, provides the usual updates on the recovery and recycling scene in Italy as well as in Europe and other countries. This year, though, it will also present a special section on secondary raw materials produced in Italy.
The amount of waste concretely transformed into secondary raw materials in Italy will be the core of the seventh edition of the report. The goal is to analyze the manufacturing capacity of the Italian enterprises that follow circular economy principles.
Particular attention will be given to typical waste, that is to say waste that can be directly transformed into a secondary raw material, such as paper, plastic, glass, wood, and organic material. This group does not include inert materials destined to the production of recycled aggregates.
This year, the report will also sport a new graphic layout.
